Homeschool Charter School Students
We are an approved vendor of Elite Academic Academy, Excel Academy, Gorman Learning Charter Network, Granite Mountain Charter School, Sage Oak Charter School, Sky Mountain Charter School, Suncoast Preparatory Academy and Taylion Academy. Our program supports an independent study model and is of value specifically to students homeschooling through a charter school. Families may pay privately even if they are not enrolled in a charter school. Vendors shall not serve a charter school student for more than twelve core academic hours including math, language arts, social studies, science and world language during the school week.
To utilize charter funds, you must complete the charter school's application and provide proof of residence, immunization record (some charters accept personal belief waiver), and your child's birth certificate. We will support you as much as possible throughout this process, but please note that you must complete all enrollment steps prior to accessing instructional funds for any charter. Please contact us to request assistance with the charter school enrollment process.
We bill your charter school directly and invoicing is preceded by a vendor service request submitted by the parent. Vendor service requests must be completed at least 10 days prior to the first day of the month. Confirmation of enrichment certificate or PO must be received to hold your student’s spot and before they can participate in classes.

MATERIAL FEE
$150 pet student per year
The material fee is due with the completed enrollment packet. It covers classroom supplies, online instructional videos, and any required items for participation. One Academy logo fleece or sweater is provided with the material fee.
Books and PERSONAL STUDENT SUPPLIES
Families purchase their own books and personal student supplies. The cost of books ranges from $150 to $600 per student per year, depending on grade and whether the books are purchased new or used, and whether books can be reused from siblings. Some books and resources may be shared by multiple children in the same family. Cost-conscious families are often able to vastly reduce this expense through trade, sale, or borrowing among the Parnassus Preparatory Academy community. Books and personal student supplies do not contain sectarian/religious content and may be ordered with your charter school funds.
